What are the "Public Transport Airport Transfers" and how do they work? 

Our standard Airport Transfer and Seat Bank service offer some of the best prices available but we recognise that if we have no Seat Bank seats available to suit specific needs, some people are happy to spend a little bit longer travelling to a resort if they can save sufficient money to make the extra effort worthwhile.  Most people know that this is often possible by making use of the local Public Transport facilities. Most people also realise that knowing where to buy tickets, what to ask for, where and how to get on or off the bus or train and which bus or train to get on to in a foreign country can make the practicality of actually taking this option a potential nightmare.  We can turn this potential nightmare into a simple and viable solution for you.

How does Service work?

1) Like our other services you book on-line in the normal way. This must be done a minimum of 7 days prior to travel but the earlier you book the better. (see 6 below)

2) We will work out an itinerary for you and your party based on your flight times with a back up plan in case your flight is delayed.

3) We will supply and send to you by post all the tickets that you will need for your Public Transport Transfer, which means you won't have to find or queue at the different ticket offices thus reducing the risk of missing your links.

4) We will provide you with full instructions of where to go, when to be there, what to look out for and everything you need to know for a stress free journey.

5) We will provide you with an emergency phone number that you can call in the unlikely event of a problem.

6) Our system will monitor your booking and should suitable Seat Bank seats become available after your booking has been placed you will be offered the chance to upgrade to this service before these seats are put on general sale.  

Important Notes:

Public Transport Airport Transfers should only be booked  if your scheduled time is within the times listed below which allow you a maximum of 40 minutes to from the scheduled landing time to you being at the airport bus stop.
